Ralph Blaine and Hugh Martin wrote "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" for Judy Garland's 1944 movie, Meet Me In St. Louis. Tony Bennett recorded the song twice. He first recorded "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" for his 1968 album, Snowfall. This version was recorded for Tony's 2008 album, A Swingin' Christmas, featuring The Count Basie Big Band.
